Who we are

What we collect

Only what you fill in when you book a table or ask to rent the space: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the date and time, the number of people and your message. We use it to confirm your table, or to answer your request and prepare the event.

Browsing the site does not require any details. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics and no ads. Your browser keeps a copy of the menu and opening hours so the site opens faster; that holds nothing about you.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored with our hosting provider Vercel and sent to us by email through Resend. They only process it for us. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your request or your event, and at most one year after that. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask which details we have, have them corrected or deleted, or object to their use. Write to hello@clawcoffee.be. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
